  • When will my chocolates arrive?

    Delivery times depend on your location and the season. Because chocolate is delicate and temperature-sensitive, we only ship from September to May to ensure your order arrives safely. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, with tracking included. Typical delivery times are 1-3 business days within Ontario, and 3-5 business days outside Ontario.

  • How soon will my order ship?

    Each chocolate is made to order, so preparation times may vary. We usually ship within 3-4 business days, though larger orders may take a little longer. If extra time is needed, we'll let you know right away. Have a specific date in mind? Reach out before ordering, and we'll confirm if your timeline is possible. 

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes! Local order pickup is available at the Clayton General Store, 2862 Tatlock Road, Clayton, ON K0A 1P0. At the moment, pickup is only available by request. If you'd like to arrange it, please contact us before placing your order so we can set it up for you.

  • What if my chocolates arrive damaged or melted?

    We do everything possible to make sure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, but once a package leaves our hands, we can't guarantee how it's handled in transit. To keep your order safe once it arrives, please bring it indoors promptly and store in a cool, dry place. Please refer to the care instructions on our FAQ page. While we can't offer refunds for products damaged in shipping, please reach out right away if there is an issue - we'll work with you to make it right.

  • Something's wrong with my order (missing or incorrect items)

    On the rare occasion something goes sideways - like an item missing from your box, or the wrong chocolate sent - please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and quick photo, and we'll sort it out quickly and fairly.
