  • Because our chocolates are handmade and perishable, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. We take every precaution to ensure your order is packed with care and shipped safely, but once it leaves our hands, we can't guarantee how it's handled in transit.

    To help, please bring your package indoors promptly on delivery and avoid leaving it outside for extended periods.

    While we can't offer refunds for products damaged during shipping, if something is wrong with your order, please reach out within 48 hours - we'll do our best to make it right.
